Villa Narnia is just 20 minutes from the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Gandia , Oliva and Damius. Also a short drive away is the bustling town of Gandia itself, located at the northern tip of the Costa Blanca (Costa del Azahar). Here you can buy almost anything in the wide range of shops and dine in the numerous and varied restaurants. When shopping with your credit card in Spain you will generally need to produce your passport.
Food shopping is well catered for in the local village of Villalonga (5 minutes drive). In the other direction is the village of Ador . There are a variety of street cafes and restaurants in the local villages, but a more lively nightlife can be found in nearby Gandia Playa, Playa Grau .
Villa Narnia is surrounded by stunning scenery, not least the extinct volcano of Safor which towers above the gently sloping wooded hills, decorated by an abundance of wild flowers. Orange groves surround the area of Mount Corona and a short drive south is the beautiful Jalon Valley with it's abundance of almond groves. As you drive down the cosat with the Mediteranean Sea on your left within 45 minutes you will arrive in Benidorm and it's famous Terra Mitica theme park - it'a a great day out!
The area attracts keen walkers and cyclists and we are happy to give advice on where to walk.
