Rates are based on rental of the villa per week Saturday to Saturday.
The villa is also available for weekend breaks. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and full payment is required at the handing over of the keys. In addition a refundable deposit of 250 Euros is also required in case of breakages or damage. - January - March
